To save our society from dangerous diseases like cancer it is important to change our food habits immediately. We followed white rice, white sugar, white salt and refined oil over the years. Definitely we will find hard to change our food culture that is followed from our parents and even from grandparents. This is not the food habits that were followed by our ancestors for several centuries.
These modern food habits were invented in middle of 20th century by the invasion of foreign business giants. Right from the toothpaste we are used with foreign items that have heavy chemicals.
Studies find the habit of drinking tea and coffee that too with white sugar and plastic cup or paper cup is one of the major causes of cancer. Paper cups are applied with wax that our stomach cannot digest and plastic cups have highly poisonous elements that are dissolved in hot drinks.
When we take white salt which is made up of Sodium chloride will affect blood pressure and thyroid. Naturally occurred salts like sea salt, rock salts have natural iodine that helps in balancing thyroid, blood pressure, keeps good bone density and stabilize blood sugar level, etc.
White sugar, Scientists found that white sugar is one of the main causes of cancer. It is nil in nutrients, proteins and minerals. Honey, palm sugar and Jaggery have enormous health benefits.
Reprising our own palm oil or sesame oil instead of refined oil and brown rice and traditional rice varieties instead of white rice or polished rice will avoid the risk of diseases.
Experts warn people to avoid hot drinks in plastic items, white sugar, white salt, refined oil and white rice for better and healthy living. Apart from those, chat items, pizzas, burgers, maida items like parota are key hazardous elements for our life.
