Defaming Tamil Nadu farmers is like putting sand on one's own head!
We Indians never forget to chant slogas like “Farmers are backbone of the nation”. But we see some people across the nation are defaming TN farmers for suspending their protest and returning home. They stood more than 40 days to get center’s attention towards them but in vain. Finally Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy went to Delhi and assured farmers for their demands.
Farmers were involved in various types of protest that no one can imagine. They slept and ate at road near Jantar Mantar, Delhi. They went hard protest by having rats in their mouth, naked, wore sareers, some went hunger strike, rolled on the street, having skulls of their beloved one died in crop failure and finally they decided to drink urine if their demand is unheard.
All such activities brought tears to most of the Indians, but some heartless fellows defaming farmers as they are returning to the state in flight. They are spreading rumours the lead farmer Ayyakannu has 100 acres and owns Audi car. Defaming farmers is not a manhood behavior.
If it is true, what is wrong a farmer owning Audi car. It means all farmers are rich enough in the state If farmers are rich, we all should be proud enough and why should they go for protest Farmers are dying in the state without water. If this continues one day whole state will be desert and people have to beg for food to other countries.
It is not fair to tweet and degrade some person without having evidence. Particularly these farmers are protesting for the whole farmers in the state. The state witnesses the worst drought condition for 3 years. Farmers are losing their valuable lives due to crop loss and debt. Farmers' death are warning to the whole state.
The only way to save our future generations
- Save water - Save agriculture - Save farmers
