Two Terrorists Killed In Pampore Attack
Two terrorists were killed who were holed in government building at Pampore. It is unknown of exact number of terrorists in the building as per the report. Pampore encounter continues in third day on Wednesday. After 52+ hours of struggle it seems the encounter came to an end. The bodies of the terrorists have been recovered from the building.
It has been started on Monday morning and there is heavy exchange of fire between terrorists in EDI building and Indian army forces. The building was severely damaged by fire and bomb dropped close to the building. This government building is situated in the out skirts of Srinagar near the Jammu - Srinagar highway that is close to Jhelum River.
The terrorists seem to have entered to the city by rowing boat in Jhelum River. They entered to the building killing two CRPF personnel in the road. After entering to the hostel, in order to grab attention they set fire of few mattresses inside the building that emitted huge smoke.
After many hours of firing, terrorists are neutralised. A solider and a constable from the special operations have been injured yesterday.
Terrorists targeted the EDI building in February this year that killed 5 security force personal and 3 terrorists were killed in 48 hours battle.
