PM Performed Yoga In Rain On Yoga Day 2017
The 3rd International Yoga Day is being celebrated across global today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi done yoga for 20 minutes in the rain leading thousands of people at Lucknow's Ambedkar Sabha Sthal. He performed yogasanas along with Ramdev and BJP chief Amit Shah at 5:30 am today. He was dressed in white t-shirt and white trousers. Modi had participated in first Yoga Day in 2015 at Delhi and Chandigarh in 2016.
Several people across the country are celebrating Yoga Day by doing asanas with huge gatherings. International Yoga Day is being celebrated in nearly 180 nations including China, US and UK. Some of them have scheduled events through the week.
Yoga is beneficial for individuals in many ways. It is lightening heart, activates mind and organs in our body. It makes way for healthy and happy living. It helps in discovering inner power and generates positive energy.
