58 IPS officers in Tamilnadu got transfer in one day

In Tamilnadu, 58 IPS officers got transfer in one day. Yesterday on November 1 evening, many IPS officers got transfer order with promotion and some got only transfer. It shows the Tamilnadu present Jayalalitha government is getting ready to face the forth coming election.

Ms. Jayalalitha became Chief Minister after 2011 election. AIADMK has won with the majority of 151 seats and the next election is expected before May 2016. Many IPS and IAS officers have not transferred even after 3 years. So the government transferred the officers before the election.

28 IPS officers got transfer with promotion. Some of the key police officer who got promotion Vishwanathan promoted as ADGP as chief Vigilance officer, Chennai.

Abash Kumar at Chennai is posted as ADGP at Tamilnadu Police Academy. Joint Commissioner C Sridhar is posted as new additional South Commissioner of Police. Mauriya DIG posted as IG Idol wing. DIG of Trichy, Senthamarai Kannan is posted as IG operational in Chennai.

Sumith Saran, DIG at Vilupuram got posting as IG at Salem. Thiruneveli DIG Murugan posted as IG South, Madurai. Commissioner of Salem AmalRaj posted to Coimbatore Commissioner. Many others with them got transfer order.
