The Congress has blamed Aam Aadmi Party for not trying to build a coalition in Delhi.
Congress attempted to form a coalition with Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi. Rahul Gandhi advised the state Congress leaders including Sheila Dikshit. But the Aam Aadmi Party has said that the coalition should be set up in Punjab and Haryana and that there should be three constituencies in Faridabad, Gurgaon and Karnal in Haryana.
This led to the continuation of the coalition. Delhi Congress chief Chacko today spoke to reporters in Delhi on the grounds that there was no agreement with Aam Aadmi Party. He said:
In yet another decision on the alliance with the AAP in Delhi, Aam Aadmi insists that allocate space for the alliance in Punjab and Haryana.
We are ready to give 4 seats to AAP in Delhi, and we are ready to stop candidates in 3 seats. We told the AAP leaders. But they demand that they allocate volunteers in Haryana and Punjab. This is not possible. The reason for the Aam Aadmi is that the coalition between the two parties does not last.
