AIADMK Merger Delayed at Last Minutes

Chief Minister E Palaniswamy and former CM O Pannerselvam of AIADMK is expected to join together at the Jayalalitha's memorial hall last evening. The late CM Jaya's memorial hall has been decorated with flowers but the two ruling party factions EPS and OPS merge did not happen.

After the meeting of the party member that last over 5 hours the OPS team urges powerful commission on the former CM Jayalalitha's death and present probe is not enough. They also demanded VK Sasikala and her family completely out from the party.

As per the reliable sources, the delay is due to the third condition of OPS faction to EPS. Earlier EPS offered OPS party's chief post which was accepted by them. O Pannerselvam had headed the party as Chief Minister. Sasikala and her group forced him to resign the post on February this year. Her dream to become Chief Minister had been collapsed after she was sentenced to jail in the corruption case.

Now her nephew TTV Dinakaran is trying to take over the party and threatening EPS over this. The report says the merger details will be known on Monday.

People are annoyed with these politicians who always thinks about the party and individual benefits. The experts and people say any present political parties or leaders does not care about Kathiramangalam, Neduvasal, farmers, water resources, drought condition of the state.
