Delhi court rejected the Orders of Election Commission.

The Delhi High Court has rejected the disqualification of 20 AAP MLAs on Friday. The Election Commission had fired out 20 AAP MLAs in the end of January 2018 under the permission of President Ramnath Govindh.

The Election Commission had pulled out 20 MLAs from the AAP by coining a reason as they were holding an Office Of Profit. The AAP filed a plea in the Delhi High Court against the disqualification of its 20 MLAs.

On Friday the plea of the AAP had been taken for hearing and the plea has been accepted by the court and the court suspended the orders of Election Commission on the MLAs disqualification.

However, the new orders of DHC found a small relief to the AAP there is a major doubt about permanenting the relief. Because the DHC had temporarily suspended the orders of the EC. It May be staged once again in future.

The High Court said today that the disqualification of those 20 MLAs was against to the nature of law as the 20 MLAs were not even subjected to any oral hearing during the time of disqualification. They were not given any last chance to express their opinion to the EC.

Now the Delhi High Court sent all those queries of 20 AAP MLAs again to the table of EC. The HC has done this in an expectation that the MLAs could be called for an oral hearing.

Soon after Delhi High court passed its justice, Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of New Delhi has tweeted that the " the truth has triumphed"
