V.K. Sasikala was selected as AIADMK's General Secretory on December. It is said she will be selected as Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu in few days.
The long time assistant of former Chief Minister J Jayalalitha had became chief of the party after her death. Her death was considered as one of the greatest mystery in Tamil Nadu. Meanwhile Sasikala is ready to take oath as CM soon. This 61-years-old Sasikala has not been elected or held in any leader or MLA or MP post. She has no experience in politics and does not know what policies followed in the party.
Sasikala was a high school dropout from Mannargudi. She was introduced to Jayalalitha by her husband Natarajan and joined her on 1982. She was under her for almost 3 decades. Jayalalitha never gave her post or said her as a political heir. Former CM Jayalalitha had not written any will on her house but Sasikala took the power and residing in her house till now.
