Sakshi Malik Wins Bronze in Rio Olympics

India's woman wrestler Sakshi Malik won bronze medal in Rio Olympic 2016. She had pulled up the great victory bringing the dream of India with medal alive. The 23-year-old from Rohtak is the first woman wrestler of India to win a medal in Olympics. Sakshi defeated Kyrgyzstan Alsuluu Tynbekova by 8-5.  She is the fourth women to win medal in Olympics.

Earlier Karnam Malleswari (2000) weightlifter, Saina Nehwal (2012), boxer MC Mary Kom (2012) won medal for India in Olympics.

Sakshi won first medal to India in Rio Olympics 2016. Haryana girl makes India proud. Sakshi's mother Sudesh Malik said she was proud of her daughter.

Her coach Kuldeep Singh was emotional and said this kid gave me wonderful gift and I will remain indebted to her all my life. Lots of wishes are pouring up to her for her wonderful winning and making India proud. Her victory made India cheers and also cheers up other Indian participants in Olympics.
