Samsung Announces Refund For Galaxy Note 7 Consumers

The South Korean technology giant Samsung had announced the refund or exchange of other mobile for the consumers who bought Samsung Galaxy Note 7 in United States. It was launched on August first week all over the world.

It comes with the good exchange program, exchanging your current Galaxy Note 7 for another Samsung smart phone and replacement of any Galaxy Note 7 specific accessories and refunds the price difference. The consumers can obtain the refund at the point of their purchase.

Samsung released the following statement

Exchange Galaxy Note7 for another Samsung smartphone

'As a sign of our appreciation for your patience and loyalty, we are offering up to a $100 bill credit from select carrier or retail outlets if you exchange your Galaxy Note7 for another Samsung smartphone, less any incentive credits already received.'

Already exchanged Galaxy Note7 for another Samsung smartphone

'If you already exchanged your Galaxy Note7 device for another Samsung smartphone, you will receive up to a $75 bill credit from select carrier or retail outlets in addition to the $25 you previously received.'

To Get Refund for Galaxy Note7

'If you choose to obtain a refund, you will receive up to a $25 bill credit from select carrier or retail outlets as a token of our appreciation and acknowledgement of your inconvenience, less any incentive credits already received.'

To exchange Galaxy Note7 for another brand of smartphone

'If you choose to exchange your Galaxy Note7 for another brand of smartphone, you will receive up to a $25 bill credit from select carrier or retail outlets as a token of our appreciation and acknowledgement of your inconvenience, less any incentive credits already received.'

Samsung said consumers' safety is more important to them and they came forward to replace it. If the customers are using Samsung Galaxy Note 7 they asked them to immediately switch off the phone and to take participate in U.S exchange and refund program.

Samsung Galaxy Note 7 which was launched on August this year had lots of expectation but failed at the market. It carried out the complaints about burning and related issue from various consumers.
