Dhaka Terror Attack Killed 20 Foreign Nationals

Nine Italians, seven Japanese, two Bangladeshis and one Indian and one US citizen had been killed in the attack. The gunmen rushed to the popular Bakery in Dhaka at 8:45pm on Friday where several foreign nationals are arrived for different occasion. Without knowing about the uncertain future they are celebrating the night will their friends and family.

The operation Thunderbolt began at 5 pm on Saturday. The fight between commandos and terrorists longed nearly for next 50 minutes. They managed to rescue 13 hostages. Six gunmen were shot death in the battle and one was captured alive.

As per the information from the Bangladesh officials Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI had connections with the Jamaat-e-Islami in the past. Some Pakistani diplomats were sacked who had connection with armed networks. Few of them were recently sacked who worked for Pakistan embassy says the Bangladesh government.

There were brutal incidents happened inside the bakery. A cook was tied up with explosives around him and made him sit in chair. Eight people are hiding inside tiny bathroom hours together. Gunmen locked the bathroom door after asking them to come out. They were unable to breathe and texting to their friends to rescue them soon.

The body of 19-year-old victim Tarishi Jain will be brought to his native India. She is one among 20 foreign nationals killed in attack. Her funeral will be held at Gurgaon. She was a gold medallist badminton player told her family who are mourning for her loss. She passed out from American School at Dhaka. Presently, She was a student at Berkeley informed from Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj.

She had earlier expressed her condolences to victim's family 'I have spoken to her father Shri Sanjeev Jain and conveyed our deepest condolences. The country is with them in this hour of grief.'

Two days national holiday was announced by Bangladesh government regarding this deadly incident.
